This listserv allows Section officers and other select individuals to communicate with Section members in order to keep them abreast of upcoming meetings and other items of interest as well as to distribute Section newsletters. See the description above: If this is a discussion list you can write to itlaw-announce@groups.michbar.org from your subscribed address to send a post to all members. If this is an announcement list, you need to contact the list owner itlaw-announce-owner@groups.michbar.org to have your message sent. Subscribe to the ITlaw-Announce list (for section members only)
Subscribe to ITlaw-Announce by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address (required):   Your name (required):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
