Unsubscribing from a groups.michbar.org list

1) Go to http://groups.michbar.org and click on the list of which you are a member

2) Enter your subscribed e-mail address in the box and press

3) Enter your password (See above to retrieve it)

4) On the resulting screen put your new address in where it says New Address

5) Confirm your address by placing the new address in the Again to Confirm box
